My name is Jan.

I'm a psychologist and psychological therapist.

I know from my own experience that talking about life's difficulties may be a big challenge. That's why during our work together, I aim to create a safe space where all parts of you are welcome - even the parts that have been misunderstood, rejected, ridiculed, or hurt by others. My goal is to support you in the process of building the life you want to live.

bio

I am a graduate of clinical psychology from the SWPS University in Warsaw. Currently, I am completing my doctoral studies in the Department of Behavioral Psychology, focusing my research on how Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can be beneficial for individuals diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and self-dysregulation. In addition to my therapeutic and research work, I am also involved in teaching: for 4 years, I lectured in the Clinical Psychology MA program at SWPS University in Warsaw. I trained counselors at the Lambda Warsaw Association Helpline and currently, I am focused on supporting other therapists in ethically and effectively working with sexually, gender, and relationship- diverse individuals.
